Workshop Solutions: $3,500+

While my first workshops in the early 2000's focused on teaching educators about homophobia or antisemitism in the classroom, I now focus my workshop offerings in the following areas:

CSR & DEI for Small Businesses
So many acronyms so little time. Especially when you’re not a major corporation. This workshop really is for small operations looking to re-frame the way they think about CSR and DEI while learning about key trends within the space as well as recommendations tailored for small organizations with small budgets to make big impact.

CSR & DEI for Fashion & Lifestyle Brands
This fashion & beauty industry-specific workshop focuses on getting your team to do the work both in-session and independently using my proprietary Firefighter Framework that’s already been a hit with industry groups like the colab. It helps teams identify key action steps and opportunities for growth both internally and in the community.

The Power of Creative Play & Storytelling
As an award winning children’s book author and lifelong writer I know that sometimes teams or leaders get a little stuck, or they hit a plateau as we all do…this workshop uses creative play & storytelling exercises to tap into new ideas and shift narratives to drive innovation. Teams will leave with a framework for integrating new ways of storytelling into their process.

Little Red Fashion (LRF) provided Horizons at Sacred Heart University (HSHU) students the opportunity to cultivate, celebrate, and create their most authentic selves. Students were empowered to express their individuality and explore both their confidence and the culture of the community through fashion design. The partnership between LRF and HSHU is an exciting example of non-profits collaborating with the goal of advancing educational equity.
— Ashley Nechaev, Director of Horizons Sacred Heart
Jonathan is a master teacher. He is an expert in getting information to young people that enriches their thinking about the possibilities of what fashion might mean in their lives both personally and professionally.

He thrives on conversation and keeping ideas going. His book, The Little Red Dress, is not only full of heart, but deftly enhances the informational book genre with poetry and technical innovations that mainstream picture book publishers are just now beginning to think about.

Fashion is for everyone and Jonathan is the standard bearer for bringing fashion education to young people in a way that is informative and fun.
